End of Tenancy Cleaning / Deep Cleaning / Emergency Cleaning
This is deep cleaning which involves details and quality.
A) GENERAL
1. To damp wipe all painted woodwork (i.e. doors, door frames, window ledges, window frames, skirting boards, power sockets, light switches, etc to remove dirt
2. To clean all fixed cupboards/drawers inside and out to remove dust.
3. Using the industrial hoover to vacuum and mop wooden floors.
4. To wash, clean and polish windows inside and out (where accessible, reachable and safe)
B) KITCHEN
To completely clean all kitchen cupboards and drawers inside and out, top to bottom
1. including cleaning bench-top surfaces and basins.
2. To clean wall glass, hob and extractor.
3. To completely clean cookers (Oven and Microwave) and dishwasher inside and out to remove dirt, marks and grease.
4. To completely clean fridge/freezer inside and out.
5. To clean washing machine inside and out.
6. To hoover and mop kitchen floor.
C) BATHROOMS
1. To completely clean and descaling all sanitaryware i.e. basins, toilets, shower units, baths
2. To wash, clean and polish bathroom porcelain tiles.
3. To hoover/mop clean bathroom floors.
